Keynotes and Coaching & Training (single or team sessions) are available online or in-person in-person worldwide.
Our company-tailored Summits are delivered exclusively in-person on location to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
English is the primary working language, as No FoOol's high-level clientele all communicate internationally at a top level. It also ensures cultural awareness, since English usage varies across cultures.
German and French are available only on request, either to deliver content entirely in those languages or to provide clarity alongside English where needed.

A New Companion & The Turning Point
Jolted into questioning the meaning of life, I was also fed up with everything always revolving around me. Getting a totally distraught and needy dog might seem like a weird turn-around for some, but suddenly there was a welcome and distracting shift in my energy and attention.
Only this helpless doggie was no foOol - Ebony mirrored my frustrations and became confrontational the more I tried to be a leader to her and control her.
Our relationship was a catastrophe.
I reached out to just about anyone for advice, forgetting to listen to my own inner voice and communication.

Then a friend of a friend triggered that crucial inner journey - I will forever be thankful to you, Eszter!
She suggested I use only non-verbal communication with my dog for a week, followed by a week of whispered commands. Sound odd?
Well, it taught me to stop, breathe, observe, and fully tune in to the moment. I became calmer, more present, and deeply connected. I started really getting through to my dog and our communication reached a whole new level of respect and trust.
Through this process, I realised something profound: true success isn’t about running faster or doing more — it comes from presence, awareness, and deliberate action. The same lesson applies to leadership: the most impactful executives achieve extraordinary results by pausing, observing, and connecting before reacting.
Ironically Ebony became the best bespoke leadership communication coach I could ever have wished for.
From Dog to Calling – Today
What followed was telling: leaders and professionals began seeking insight, clarity, and direction.
The Voice–Mind–Body principles I had refined on stage were now delivering tangible results with others — sharper presence, purposeful communication, and stronger leadership impact.
Today, this work spans Leadership Communication Coaching & Training, as well as Keynote Speaking.

A Yorkshire lass – for those in the dark, that’s in the North of England! – now based in Berlin, Annette believes every decade brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.
After ten demanding years in the film industry, she redirected her focus to communication and the event world. Specialising as a trilingual Event Presenter and Pianist for companies worldwide, she also developed her work as a communication artist through voice, performance, and composition.
Annette has engaged audiences of up to 10,000 (SAP Arena, Mannheim, Germany) and in host countries as far as Dubai, Singapore, and the U.S.
In her ‘third decade’, Annette founded No FoOol Communication, a strategic leadership communication authority transforming executive impact and performance.
Her proven Voice–Mind–Body Method integrates evidence from metaphysics, neuroscience, and applied mind-body science.

Through clever corporate communication in English, she helps clients make a stronger impression and achieve their desired results.
