CHARISMATIC COMMUNICATION

As the CEO of a big company I had a love-hate relationship to keynote presentations and public speaking. Previous stage fright techniques didn’t worked and I hated the sound of my own voice and also the pressure to live up to everybody's expectations! On the other hand... the idea that I can make a difference as an effective speaker appealled to me! If only I was more charismatic! My wife knows about this :) So can I learn charisma? How do I make a charismatic impact? These were my serious questions. No FoOol teaches how charisma is a combination of three things: presence, authenticity and empathy. And it teaches that yes, I can learn charisma. My wife smiled when she hears this ;) So what is the difference between charisma training and communication training? No FoOol did  impress me. They showed exactly how one support the other. If you communicate charismatically you become an effective speaker and an effective leader and you win the leadership game! And yes, it works! And it’s even fun! And my wife is happy now!!

Effective Leadership is grounded in self-awareness. Every good leader know this. But do we really all doing this in an optimal way so that we may achieve peak gain? I know that with me was this not the case.. No FoOol Communication helped me to realise my emotional intelligence and how this follows on and affects my leadership performance and how to combine self-awareness and mindful leadership in a constructive way to get what I need. Very good. It is a child's play decision to absolve this effective leadership Program if you want to achieve anything!
